We want you to love your Pub Tee. If something’s not right, we’ll sort it.

Returns & Exchanges

We print each item to order, so we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Preference changes

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • faulty
  • misprinted
  • or incorrect

we’ll make it right.

Email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@pubtee.co with:

  • your order number
  • a brief description
  • clear photos of the issue

If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Sizing

Our tees are designed with a relaxed fit. We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering.

If you’re between sizes:

  • size up for a looser oversized fit
  • size down for a more fitted look

Shipping Issues

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pub Tee is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
